Off-Season Workouts

We have started off-season workouts with Coach Adam at our outdoor weight room located on the west side of the track by the pole vault pit. Workouts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:15-4:15 p.m. unless we do not have school. No need to sign up, just simply show up! Even if you are not an athlete and just want to lift weights, you are more than welcome to attend. Bring your own water and be prepared to learn! Our boys basketball team has been taking advantage of the opportunity and having great workouts! Hope to see a lot of you there!
