Cynthia Kneibel has led West Catholic High School in its mission to form Disciples of Christ through a dynamic, excellent-driven Catholic education for 11 years, having taught here for the eight years prior. She has decided that now is the time for her to join her husband in retirement and a search will soon be underway for her successor. The first step in this process includes surveying various groups within our school community. Staff, students, parents and priests will have the opportunity to share their aspirations regarding the attributes of West Catholic's future president/CEO via a survey distributed on May 13. The following week, on May 17, West Catholic will be hosting a Community Listening Session at 6:30 p.m. in the school's cafetorium to gather additional information from stakeholders. Input that is collected will be used to help shape the requirements necessary for the position and inform the hiring committee.
A summary of the president/CEO position can be found below. A more complete job description, including community feedback, will be posted on this website on June 1.
We thank you for your interest in this search process and encourage you to monitor this page for the latest updates and information.
