Financial Aid Info for the 2022-2023 School Year

Date:  November 01, 2021

SmartAid applications are now open for the 2022-2023 school year! West Catholic families should log in to their SmartAid account at smartaidforparents.com to make sure their information is up to date by December 1. SmartAid applications must be complete and updated for families to be considered for tuition assistance or scholarships.

If you are a registered and active member of a parish in the Diocese of Grand Rapids, we encourage you to complete a Parish Support Form and submit it to your parish office by December 1. This will allow your family to receive West Catholic's "in-parish tuition rate" rather than the higher non-parishioner rate. You do not need to demonstrate financial need to receive parish support.

Families of West Catholic students can apply for a variety of scholarships. A large number of named scholarships are available for students that meet the necessary requirements. Scholarship applications are due December 17 at 8 a.m. Completed applications may be emailed to Admissions Director Kirsten Herich at admissions@grwestcatholic.org. For more information on scholarships available and how to apply, please visit grwestcatholic.org/admissions/tuition-assistance and click on the "Scholarships" tab.
