Student Government Clothing Drive:
Collecting Monday, Dec. 2 through Wednesday, Dec. 18
The Student Government Winter Clothing Drive started this week, and I was hoping that an announcement could be put in the Weekly Chatter. The drive goes until December 18th and we are looking for new or lightly used winter clothing for both children and adults. Gloves, hats, and other winter gear are welcome as well! Boxes will be in every first hour and they will be competing against each other for a prize (tbd). If there isn’t a box in their first hour, the one in the ALC is best for dropping off.
Do you feel like your children are lost in a screen too often? Do they spend too much time watching Netflix, scrolling social media or just killing time you feel could be better spent? You aren’t alone, and there are several simple things you can do to help your son or daughter make better technology choices.
