This week Wednesday (Nov. 13) we will be hosting our annual 6th & 7th Grade Experience. Hundreds of middle school students will be on campus to have fun and learn more about West Catholic. Due to this event, WC students will be dismissed at 11 a.m. There will be no busing or lunch that day.
If you know of any students that do not currently attend a West Catholic partner school but would be interested in taking part in our 6th and 7th Grade Experience, please have them contact Mr. Peters at toddpeters@grwestcatholic.org as soon as possible. We would be excited to have them join us!
Students will be on the Honor Roll if they have earned a grade of B- or higher in each course. Honor Roll is based on quarter grades only. If you have any questions, please contact Lauri Ford, Registrar, at 233-5909 or lauriford@grwestcatholic.org
As winter weather is working its way into our area, please be aware of our busing policies surrounding snow days/school closings. If West Catholic is open, our buses will be running. However, our buses will not travel into/through closed school districts. For example, if Grandville Public Schools are closed, our buses will not be driving to Grandville bus stops that day. Busing will still be provided to areas that remain open.
If you have any questions, please contact the main office at 616-233-5900 or our transportation supervisor, Maureen Rutka, at (616) 246-6470.
AP Exam Fee Bills were mailed last month. Due to the change by College Board, we are collecting AP fees earlier to align with the ordering deadline. Payment is due Nov. 15. Families needing to set up payment plans should contact Mrs. Kneibel.
