2021-2022 Visit Options
There is no better way to learn about West than to come visit the school in person. If you would like to schedule a customized visit or have any questions, please contact our Admissions Director
On a West Catholic Shadow Day, 8th-grade students are paired with a West Catholic student to experience a day in their life. By sitting in on a few classes, eating in the lunchroom and meeting WC students, your child will see what they will experience during their time at West.

The West Catholic 5th-Grade visit will be offered during two school days - one in the fall and one in the spring. Visiting 5th-grade students will eat lunch, meet teachers and staff, and take part in an interactive tour to experience a day in the life of a West Catholic student. This visit is meant to motivate and inspire students by seeing what awaits after their K-8 graduation.
*West Catholic High School will transport 5th-grade students from Diocesan Catholic middle schools, so parents will still drop their child off and pick their child up as they normally would from their school.
**Any 5th-grade student is invited to attend. If your student does not attend a Diocesan Catholic school and you would like to sign them up, please email admissions@grwestcatholic.org. Our admissions director will ensure that your student can participate.
Come and visit at a time that is convient for you. Let us know when you are free and our Admissions Director will get in touch with you!
Our Incoming Family Open House will take place on Wednesday, February 16, 2021, at West Catholic High School.
Members of the West Catholic community will be available to speak with you in an informal setting. This is an optional event that provides 9th graders and their parents the opportunity to come to campus and get any questions you have answered. We will have staggered arrivals at 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
*NEW* Our Director of Academic Support will be hosting a private Academic Support Open House at 6 p.m. If you would like to attend this session, please select the 6 p.m. arrival time when filling out the RSVP form and plan on meeting with Academic Support prior to joining teachers and staff at the open house.
