Competitive video gaming taking flight at West Catholic

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — In a small boardroom just next to the main office at West Catholic High School, a hand full of students are gathered over tables and chairs. It was a half day at the school and class has been done for well over four hours, but on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. the boardroom transforms. The students equip themselves with headsets and controls, flip on the TVs that are used for presentations and play video games.
