University of Miami’s Summer Scholars Program provides a rich, early college experience for academically talented rising high school juniors and seniors from across the globe.  Programs run Session I:  July 2-14, 2017 and Session II:  July 16-28, 2017.  Form more information visit:  Deadline for application materials is May 1, 2017.

The Japan Center for Michigan Universities is excited to coordinate the Michigan-Shiga High School Exchangeprogram in 2017. (Shiga is Michigan’s sister state.) Over the last 25+ years, this unique, intensive, and reciprocal homestay opportunity has shaped the hearts and minds of hundreds of Michigan and Shiga students, as well as their families and communities. The program is not only unique and memorable, but affordable as well.  Michigan students will visit Shiga from late June to mid-July, while Shiga students will visit here from late August to mid-September. Vermont summer Academy at Green Mountain College offers a very unique pre-college experience for students.  Days are spent in the classroom learning about the subject of their choice.  Then, in the evenings students participate in events that are specially curated by the staff.  Each session is two weeks long and you can choose to join for one or both sessions.  Tuition includes the class, the supplies,  room and board.  For more information visit:
