The Japan Center for Michigan Universities is excited to coordinate the Michigan-Shiga High School Exchangeprogram in 2017. (Shiga is Michigan’s sister state.) Over the last 25+ years, this unique, intensive, and reciprocal homestay opportunity has shaped the hearts and minds of hundreds of Michigan and Shiga students, as well as their families and communities. The program is not only unique and memorable, but affordable as well. Michigan students will visit Shiga from late June to mid-July, while Shiga students will visit here from late August to mid-September.
