Any fundraising done on behalf of West Catholic or one of it’s clubs, sports, organizations, etc. is required to complete a Fundraising Request and submit it to the Development department at least 2 weeks before the requested fundraising date.  Forms may be obtained from the Main office or by clicking here.

Please note that we do have two dead periods each school year where we ask that no fundraising be done except for that which is done by the Development office. This years dead period is Aug. 21, 2018 – Oct 19, 2018 and Feb 16, 2019 -Apr 27, 2019.  We do allow certain exceptions so please talk with Jill VanderEnde (616-233-5983 or should you have any questions.
