Come Visit West Catholic
See for yourself how West Catholic High School is the right choice for you. We have a few opportunities to do just that.
Tour
You may tour the campus, athletic facilities and talk to faculty and current students. To schedule a tour, please contact Mindy Whiteside, Advancement Director at mindywhiteside@grcss.org. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Shadow Program
Spend a day at West Catholic! Our Shadow Program gives prospective students the opportunity to shadow a Student Ambassador so he/she can catch a glimpse of academic life on our campus and experience our Falcon Spirit! Students may visit on most school days from September through April. Please contact contact Mindy Whiteside, Advancement Director at mindywhiteside@grcss.org to reserve a day for your visit.
Parent Information Nights
We typically offer three of these information gathering events per year. One Information Night in the fall and two after the first of the year. Parents are invited to join us at the high school for an evening of presentations and a brief tour. They may ask questions and obtain valuable information. These Information Nights have been a successful tool in helping parents with their decision making process.
West Catholic 7th & 8th Grade Visit
In an effort to familiarize the 7-8th grade students with the offerings at West Catholic, we invite them to join us at our Junior High Visit. The students will be exposed to many facets of the school and have the opportunity to tour the school. This offers them a chance to feel what a day in the life of a high school student is like. To register for this event, please contact contact Mindy Whiteside, Advancement Director at mindywhiteside@grcss.org. Partner elementary school students will be invited to this event through their respective school.
5/6th Grade Music Fest
This has been a popular event where we showcase the talents of our high school choirs, bands, orchestra and drama department. We offer this experience so that the students may start to feel like they are part of our Catholic Secondary School family.
