TUITION ASSISTANCE
Families needing tuition assistance may fill out and mail a PSAS application. Simply print and complete the form OR fill in the interactive PDF on screen (requires Adobe Acrobat 7 or higher), save and print. Send completed forms to:

TUITION PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools’ billing cycle runs from August through May (10 months). Two payment options are offered to our parents:
PREPAY
Parents who prepay their full tuition by June 30 will receive a $100 discount (when mailing in your prepaid tuition, please deduct the $100 discount from your total payment).
TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (TMS)
Tuition Management Systems (TMS) enables families to pay their educational expenses through convenient monthly payments. By working with TMS we can concentrate on what we do best…educating students.
TMS allows four different payment options:

~Families need to fill out the TMS form for their High School: Catholic Central West Catholic
~Families may pay by check or money order through the mail or they may chose the Automatic Payment Option. This is available for those through a checking or savings account.
~Families may pay by electronic check over the phone or online (a convenience fee may apply)
~Families may pay by Master Card, American Express or Discover (a convenience fee may apply)

COLLECTION POLICY
1) Students of families that are not current in tuition will not be permitted to take exams, which are held in January and June.
2) Seniors will not receive a Cap and Gown or Diploma until all tuition has been paid in full.
3) If tuition is owed for students who leave our schools, TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE FORWARDED.
We will make every effort to work with our parents if a sincere attempt to keep tuition accounts current is apparent.
