Catholic Central High School
CC 1943: The 67th Class Reunion will be on Friday, September 24, 2010. The class will get together once more for an afternoon of laughter, hugs, good food and memory sharing. If you have friends, other CC graduates, and/or family members who would enjoy joining us for the camaderie, please bring them along. The social hour will begin at Noon, followed by a sit-down lunch at 1:00pm. The cost is $22 per person; checks to be made payable to "Catholic Central Class of 1943." CC 1947: The Class of '47 is holding its annual Memorial Mass for deceased class members in the chapel at St. Ann's Home on Thursday, September 16th at 11:30am. A lunch will follow. For more information, call John McGavin at (616) 281-3892.
CC 1955: Planning for the 55th Class Reunion is underway so mark your calendars for Friday, August 27, 2010. We will be having a Golf Outing from 9-1PM, at Sunnybrook Country Club. Please contact Bill Berles at 616-457-8773. Luncheon will take place from 1-5PM at the Casino Club N.E. Grand Rapids. Cost is $12.50 per person with a Cash Bar. CC 1985: The Catholic Central Class of 1985 will host its 25 year class reunion on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Applause Banquet Facility located at 2728 Birchcrest Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506 from 6:30 pm to 12 midnight. The event will include dinner, refreshments and and a DJ similar to past reunions. WC 1985: The Class of 1985 will be celebrating our 25th year reunion this summer with a three day event! Friday August 21, a mixer, Saturday August 22, golf outing and family outing, reunion in the evening, and Sunday August 23, brunch and Mass! WC 2005: The time has come for our 5-year reunion! Please join us on June 12th for a night of fun at 25 Kitchen and Bar in downtown Grand Rapids. The celebration will begin at 8pm, with appetizers provided. The cost will be $10 per person. Reunion Re-Cap 2010
CC 1945: The class of 1945 celebrated their CC heritage in style over lunch in June. With 65 in attendance, the group reminisced and shared updates on their lives. Their Cougar spirit was still evident, 65 years later! Father McDonald, a classmate, traveled all the way from Japan. The good friendships built in school certainly were evident and carried through to now. The class was thrilled to have the opportunity to tour the school and be surrounded by fond memories of their high school days.
CC 1953: Class of CC 1953 alumni held their annual “mini” reunion on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at the Bird Key Yacht Club in Florida. For an update on the event, please contact Sally (Kroon) Norton at VeniceSalS@aol.com.
CC 1960: Fran Schaak reports the CC Class 0f 1960 held their 50 year reunion on the weekend of August 20-22. A golf outing was held on Friday at The Highlands with 62 players. That evening, an informal cocktail party was well attended at Sayfee's. On Saturday, several grads attended the 4:30 Mass at St. Andrew's (with the Homily by CC '60 grad Deacon Denny Williams). The main event was celebrated by 283 alumni and guests at The Eberhard Center with cocktails, dinner and dancing to the oldies provided by the band, The Eschelons. On Sunday, there was a brunch at The Radisson on Ann St. at the river.
WC 1970: Loretta Krywos Homrich and Sue Host Abram hosted your 40th Reunion and said that it was a great time! Looking forward to the next event.

WC 1989: Two special events were planned for the Class of 1989 on the weekend of October 9 & 10, 2009. The festivities began with a Tailgate at the West Catholic Homecoming game. On Saturday, a total of 72 alumni (116 people overall) met at McFadden's downtown. It was a huge success. Thank you to Tammi Gerig for organizing this event.
